The issue at hand
The team of Châtelet theater were redesigning the website and telephone reservation system. They requested Ask Mona’s expertise to set up an information device that would guide their public through this transition.
Our solution :
Our team developed a digital agent that reflects on the image of the theater. Indeed, the chatbot is embodied by Erik Satie, the great French composer and pianist whose artistic journey is intertwined with the Châtelet. Thanks to this device, the visitor is immersed in the experience offered by the Théâtre du Châtelet upon his visits on the website.
