MNBAQ : The first interactive guide to exchange with artworks

The Quebec City Museum of Arts, located in the heart of Quebec City, is dedicated to Quebec art from all periods. With over 40,000 works, the MNBAQ provides a panorama of Quebec’s artistic history from the 17th century to the present day, within an architectural framework that blends tradition and modernity.

The Quebec City Museum of Arts aimed to implement an efficient digital interpretative platform, enabling guests to interactively ask questions to the artworks. Their goal was to integrate a solution that was not only quick to deploy but also capable of delivering insightful, high-caliber responses.

Creating a customized and intuitive
chatbot for the public

After a promising experimental phase with our beta (summer 2023), the museum’s team has confidently decided to implement our innovative solution across 10 artworks. To enrich the interactive experience, we’re incorporating voice synthesis, allowing visitors to interact in the mode—text or voice—that suits them best.
