With more than 300,000 visitors every year, the switchboard operators at the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte were answering an excessive amount of similar requests. The castle management was looking to automate these tedious tasks and provide visitors with the necessary information within an easy-to-use experience.
Our solution :
In collaboration with Vaux-le-Vicomte’s communication department, we set up an information and support solution capable of answering instantly all visitor’s requests on the castle’s site. It takes the form of a chatbot named Jean de la Fontaine. Access to the information is easier and the castle’s events and services are better promoted.
