The issue at hand
Paris Musées is a network of 14 museums. They wanted to set up a common tool for the 14 museums, capable of bringing together the various institutions on a single platform. The objective: to offer an information service available 24/7 to answer visitors’ requests.
Our solution :
The first multi-site chatbot created by Ask Mona allows visitors to navigate between the various institutions using a single tool. Specially trained to answer questions on programming, ticketing and many other information needed to prepare the visit of a visitor, the device allows to fluidify the traffic and to facilitate the reception of the public.
